I enjoy Tulsa King. The role really suits Stallone. I've watched clips from Mr. In-Between on YouTube for some time, and just started watching the series. Not family fare, but I like the lead character, Ray Shoesmith, played by Scott Ryan.
I never could get into Tulsa King. Just finished up "The Perfect Couple" Nicole Kidman was perfect in her role. Going with Season 4 of Slow Horses.
Been watching movies on Netflix and Prime. Some I really like. Some not so much. The latter I'm usually done within 10 minutes. Also been watching (not binge) a British murder mystery TV series from the early 2000s titled "Lewis", set in Oxfordshire, hometown of Oxford University. New case each time. I'm guessing most here would understand when I say it's addictive.
Since I'm Covid + since Sunday I've been stuck at home watching a lot of TV. I watched 2 seasons of The Diplomat on Netflix and it's very good. Stars Keri Russell. While the series has been very entertaining I certainly hope it's not an actual representation of how things go in an American Embassy!! An no I don't know where I picked it up, I am doing the Paxlovid deal and I actually feel ok today, Sunday was my worst day, sort of a bad flu day. Yesterday was better and today is pretty good.
Always tought to get Covid (Knock on wood, I haven't had it....yet) but even tougher during the holiday season. Take care and get better.
Landman is certainly interesting! I have no idea if that's how things go in the Oil patch, but it's good TV.
Ridley on Masterpiece Theatre and Shetland on BritBox. Both individual murder mystery episodes set in beautiful country in Northern England and Scotland. Mixing them with Hallmark Christmas movies. OK, I can see you rolling your eyes.
