I, Don Ballard, joined the group in 1999, but changed my email address, not realizing that was a no no, and forced to re-register in Jan 3, 2001. PRESENT

I'm one of the original Prodigy guys and remember y'all from those brawling days. I'm actually still involved a bit with the Purdue guys from that board...they pretty much kept to themselves on the Prodigy Board and didn't get involved in the habit of "crossing over and harassing the opposition" thing...then they split off into an email list when Prodigy folded and then went to a Facebook group still known as the "Purdue Sports List." It includes or included Jerry Palm (CBS Bracketology), another guy who is a former Mackey Arena Announcer and director of Purdue Community Relations, a guy who does a lot of media photography for Purdue at the games, and even a former basketball player (who rarely or never posts...I just saw him listed as a member).

I go back to the Prodigy days, early 90s, not sure of the year but somewhere from 1991 to 93. Yes, gipper, the modem era.

Of course we remember Todd...and Wanda. There was a guy from Indiana who passed away...what was his name? and of course our good friend Gerry.

Anybody heard from JIF? Pitchers and catchers are coming up.

Prodigy guy, used to try and reason with the Michigan fan who later became MGOAzul. Tim Kovach, who by the way is stiil around and emails the Mods on NDNation all the time with the same old rants.

I can't remember the BC fan who challenged gipper to a fight and wanted to meet him some place but never showed.

There was a ND fan named George something (not krebs) he was a big poster when I first came on board.

Todd Jeffers who AJ called the Reverend, and he loved to torment Joel. Todd once wrote a tome on how much he hated marching bands it was classic and I wish I'd saved it. Todd of course passed away more than 10 years ago, Joel just a couple of years ago. Mike actually had lunch with Gonzo once in Miami, Gonzo emailed me that he was going to be in Houston and offered to buy me a dinner at any restaurant of my choosing price wasn't a factor. But I refused, given how much I disliked him on these boards I couldn't set it aside to have a meal with him.

There was a poster who during the NCAA Basketball Tournament used to post the # of Jesuit schools in the tourney, actually included pretty much any Catholic college. Was his name Dennis?

Andy Jaskowitz, the Penn State fan, who might have been the first member to pass away.

For me it was probably 91 or 92

Joined Prodigy in the early 90’s. Tried to be relatively cordial to Wanda but there was no way in hell she was going to make nice with a friggen Wolverine fan. No patronization with the eternal enemy :D

Gonzo and his wife were involved in real estate down in Miami. The way the market down there has been the past decade I'm sure that if they stayed with it they're doing well. He probably could afford to have someone post for him.

Oh how could I forget Rusty, he wanted to buy the site he loved us so much. He owned one of the South Carolina sites.

But the longer he was around the more every body hated him.
