Only in your dreams.....the entirety of the Buckeye Nation know what you and I both know and that is that our destiny is in our own hands. If we continue to win, we will have the opportunity to play for the NC. There will never be a time in our lifetime that an undefeated Ohio State team won't play for the national championship. Ever.....

We have a very difficult game with a tough physical team in a very challenging environment Sat....if we play well enough to win, it will be another step on the long hard road to the title game ....just win baby. Let the bile grow in the belly of the haters....

You play #14 and #17 and that's about it.

That's why you will go unbeaten and that's a big reason that back in August I picked OSU to play for the national title if you recall.

Nebraska gets to play a possible unbeaten in Okla and Oregon is on a tear not mention the respect given for what should be an unbeaten Boise.

This BCS thing could get very very interesting....... :D

That's crap....don't begin to tell me why we will go unbeaten. If we are fortunate - I mean very fortunate - enough to go unbeaten it will be because of:

    1) We have alot of talented football players, many elite
    2) We have an outstanding coaching staff and passionate, dedicated fans
    3) Our kids worked hard and the staff prepared them well enough to play at a winning level each and every week no matter who we played
    4) We got a few breaks along the way....

Anything else is pure speculative bullsh!t from those that didn't measure up and are envious of our success.....I'll not allow you to diminish the accomplishments of these fine kids and staff because of the disappointment you have for your own team.....

    MCG's split personality:

    1) Pontificate ad nauseum about Florida when they are on or close to the top.

    2) If #1 doesn't happen, divert energy to denigrating other Skyboxers' teams.

Footnote: When called out on #2, feign innocence, saying, Moi? I'm only stating the future as I see it through my magic crystal ball.

I just tell the truth Sid....no whitewashing, sugarcoating from me.

And that holds true for the Gators too.....good statements about them when good and bad when bad.

But the truth never flies too well around here.

BT.....Bama certainly has all of those things too and I agree that OSU has an abundance of all those items you mention but their schedule is soft and especially when in comparison to Alabama's.

You may think the Buckeyes could do better than Saban's team if playing the same schedule but there are plenty around who don't feel that way.

You can think/speculate all you want, but what I know is that we've played well enough beat everybody we've played. Everything else is just guessin'.....No disrespect for Bama - they are a truly fine team - but they have not. ....at the end of the day, it doesn't matter what people think, the only thing that matters will be what we do.....and what we've done, has been plenty good enough, to the utter dismay of all the haters - you and your ilk.

As far as "soft" schedules, for a fan of a school that has NEVER won a football game north of the Mason-Dixon line, the first time you travel north of I-10 to play a non-conference opponent with a pulse and win a football game I'll listen...until then, your credibility is less than zero.....scoffing would be an understatement, so save your breath.

Sid, you have painted a very accurate picture of our Gator friend....we've seen this same movie for years and it never changes, but it does grow old and tired.

That's not the truth, that is just your opinion.....and the two are often very, very different.

What doesn't fly well around here or any civil, adult circle is that you constantly use your opinion to diminish/denigrate the accomplishments of others when those of your own don't measure up.....it's a punk move that you have perfected.

How often do you see anyone else challenge the "truth" as stated by anyone but you? The only truth challenged is that of the world according to garp... make that MCG.
