3 minutes to go, 20 point lead...surprised Tua is still in the game.

Not an important win in the overall scheme of things, but that big win, 40-7, over Maryland was really big for Purdue.

Another B1G defensive struggle at Iowa City, Penn State up 7-6 at half over Iowa.

Gators and LSU looking like it will be great game. LSU up right now 14-7

This LSU offense might hang 50 on the Gators' defense and they are doing a bulk of it on the ground.

I didn't watch the last part of the Bama game but I am not shocked that Tua was in there late. They leave him in throwing when up big regularly. Gotta get those Heisman numbers. Nick is no fool.

21-21 at half at LSU. Must be a really good game.

Penn St/Iowa still a defensive struggle 7-6 in the 3rd

Minn is taking Neb to the shed.

Yeah, 20 points doesn't seem like a big lead anymore.
No they don't. They put up a stat in the game showing how few passes Tua has thrown in the 4 qtr in each of the last 2 seasons. it was something like 15 passes last year and 17 this year.

Well LSU beats UF 42-28. Joe Burrow 21-24 293 3 TD's....he's right in the thick of the Heisman Race.

Florida had given up 57 points this season but gave up 42 tonight. LSU almost closed the deal on this game so many times, but weird plays (line the DB having both hands on the ball and then tipping it to the Florida RB for the TD) kept this thing going. The Gators showed a ton of heart and never quit. The LSU Alabama game should really be something to watch.

Was that a healthy UF defense? Mullen said in his post game they were missing their starting DE's.

I know LSU was missing their DEs, at least that was the pre-game report. I don't know if Florida lost theirs during the game. That's football though. ND had 1 RB to play against Georgia. 1. Stuff happens.

The Gators lost Greenard early in the game and Zuniga in the middle of the game.
Both could have been sorely used after Florida took that third quarter lead but LSU was too good on offense for UF to hold em back... especially missing those two.

I was at the Purdue Md game...was nice to see a W. Row 4 on the 50 yard line...not sure how I scored those.

Wisconsin is a force to be reckoned with...and they may reckon us (tOSU) twice.

Jeremy and I will be at the Wisconsin tOSU game in two weeks...in the nosebleed section.

That was a nice win over the Terps Stu. Congratulations! Is Jack Plummer any relation to Jake Plummer per chance?

Joe Burrow has thrived at LSU. I never dreamed that he was capable of having such a wonderful season. If he can beat Alabama he may very well win the Heisman.:)
