Yeah, Sid, I saw that. It can be a real crapshoot to replace a starting.quarterback, but not unprecedented. Tagavolua replaced Hurts a few years ago.

My money's on Coach Saban's decision. If he had a scintilla of doubt about Buchner's ability to play well, I don't believe he'd be starting him. I wish him success.

I hope Buchner has a great game and keeps the job, wins out on the season.

Well Kiffin is in a bit of trouble, I don't know enough to say anything about whether or not the lawsuit has a chance of winning the money it's asking for, but certainly the conversation between Rollins and Kiffin isn't exactly one where a coach shows concerns for a player saying they are in a mental health crisis.

    A sample

"Get out of here," Kiffin said. "Go, you're off the team. You're done. See ya. Go. And guess what? We can kick you off the team. So go read your f---ing rights about mental health. We can kick you off the team for not showing up. When the head coach asks to meet with you and you don't show up for weeks, we can remove you from the team.

"It's called being a p---y," Kiffin said. "It's called hiding behind s--- and not showing up to work."

    Just not a good look.

That is hard to answer and there is pretty much a split. I personally would give him 4 or more years, however there is a pretty large contingent on GatorCountry that wants him gone. To me that couldn't be more short sighted.

More of my opinion is that changing out coaches every 2-4 years is a recipe for staying mediocre.

Talking about NIL, is this the first National Commercial featuring a College Football player? I wonder what Caleb Williams is getting paid for this?

Walk off 61 yard FG...that's impressive.

Looks like FSU is going to just barely get out of Boston College with the win.

Unless Buchner really ups his game, he's not going to be our guy either.

Yeah looking at the 1st qtr stats, it's pretty weak effort on offense. Back to Milroe? or Ty Simpson

Georgia down 14-3 against South Carolina at the half, at Athens. Call me shocked. I don't expect it to stay that way, but still

I see the Alabama game is delayed, has the whole game been played in the rain?

    No
No, a torrential downpour stated late in the first quarter. Lightning sealed the deal at the start of the second quarter.

Tuned in for 2nd half of Bama game, so far the OL looks very un-Alabama, they aren't opening holes for RB's and protecting the QB. Simpson doesn't exactly have a ton of time to throw. Very puzzling. I now of course the Tide has a new OC/QB coach in Rees, is the OL coach new as well?
