Been paying attention to the ND game, so I was shocked to flip to the Alabama game and find a close game. I thought it would be a 20+ point lead for the Tide.

Hard to beat that bunch you had last year. One of the best group of WR in the last 20 years

Agreed. They were more important that the qb. If we had them Bryce Young would have 100 more passing yards

All Bama has to do is run out the clock. But it ain't over yet.

I am very proud of these Gators after Bama score 21 in the first quarter it looked like it was going to be a blowout. However the difference now is a missed extra extra point after our first td.

But I have great hopes for this Gator team the rest of the way. Beat Georgia and win the rest of our SEC games and we would get a rematch.

Go Gators and congratulations Kp Bama is quite a team.

Heck of a game by the Gators, even though they lost.

Alabama might not be unbeatable, as previously thought. Definitely deserve to be #1 though.

Got home just in time to miss the endings of the mid day games darn it.
Gators surprised. I didn't necessarily think they'd get blown out, but didn't figure they'd be close enough to win near the end. Nicely done by your men Bill.

Ohio State getting a bit more of a battle from Tulsa, still is going to be a win.

Cincinnati went into Bloomington and got a solid win over IU. They get a week off to prepare for the game at Notre Dame.

Zach Calzada had a good game for A&M, Aggies easy win over New Mexico.

Well going into SEC play we know a couple of things:
The new OL doesn't know much about blitzes.
Calzada can spin it, but he has a tendency to hold the ball too long if things aren't immediately open.
See the first item to imagine how that's going to go if both don't improve.
Defense is nails tho. Made Terry Wilson look worse than he did at Kentucky.

My hope for my Gators is that we win the rest of our SEC games including Georgia then get a second chance at Bama.

Ohio State finally made some progress this afternoon with the rushing game, TreVeyon Henderson, five star freshman broke Archie Griffin's freshman rushing record by four yards (243-239) that was set back in 1972. Stroud is still over throwing his receivers consistently. Olave did not have a single reception to my knowledge. Our pass defense is really poor. I see more losses this season than we have had in recent years.

Texas crushing Rice 44 - 0 at half.

Benched Qb Hudson Card should get some work in the 2nd half.
