kp, it depends upon which argument...body of work for the season or how the teams are playing right now (i.e. power rankings, etc.)

If the body of work is similar, then....

Stu, yeah it's interesting to listen to the comments from the committee. It seems the criteria changes weekly. I really think we need to go to eight teams.

Aggies totally screwed at the end of that game.

Texas shoots itself in the foot.

W.Kentucky 67 Marshall 66...no that is not a basketball score. Marshall was and people were wondering why they weren't being recognized in the top 25. This was a sort of a meaingless game for Marshall as they had locked up the CUSA East title and the spot in the Championship Game.

Well Mizzou did the impossible, they went to College Station and won, then they went to Knoxville and won, and then they welcomed the newly resurgent Hogs to Columbia...everybody was certain that they could not beat the bully and physical Ark offense now that it was running well. Except they did and they are the SEC East Champs. Good for them.

Stanford beat the poop out of UCLA at UCLA...I didn't see that coming.

Arz beat Arizona State. BDR is enjoying a refreshing adult beverage I know. They are the Pac12 South Champs, they get a rematch with Oregon. Rematches are always tough. Arizona State after looking like world beaters in taking down the Irish in impressive fashion choked ...losing 2 out of their last 3.

Aggies fire their DCoord Mark Synder after yesterday's game. Merry Christmas Mark!! But seriously he had to have seen this coming. I guess I have to wonder if the OCoord will be fired as well. I know Scott has posted he doesn't care for him. What I saw yesterday was an east west offense heavy on screen plays behind the line. With Speedy and Seals-Jonnes it's hard to figure why they don't throw the ball over the line of scrimmage more.

Will Muschamp come on down, although I have seen that Will has been talked about in regards to the Auburn job.

Arkansas passed themselves to a defeat. I can't believe how many passes the Arkansas qb sailed over the head of the receivers. Missouri looked okay and Arkansas defense played well enough to win but Arkansas is not a passing team. :?

Yep, I was ready for both Coords to go.

Snyder seems like a smart guy, and he's had to deal with some serious injury depletions, but some of his strategies have been total head scratchers... will be interesting to see who Sumlin goes after.

I'm hoping Spavital is moved back to QB coach, and someone who understands how to attack a defense can call the plays.

Arkie isn't a complete team yet so I'm not totally stunned that Mizzou beat them. Still... it sure took the Tigers a long time to get their offense on track.
I think they are road kill against Bama...

    Good for Arizona.
I was surprised at how easily Stanford disposed of UCLA. After that quick opener, UCLA folded like a cheap suit.

I'd make a Bob Toledo joke but even he won the conference. Good grief, Mora... maybe they need more sick grandmas.

The results out west are complete chaos...!

Congratz to Bear Down Rick's Desert Cats! They're in the 12Pac championship game against Oregon...a team they've already beaten!

Congratz also to the Air Force for ruining Colorado State's season!

We've done our part. Now come on SEC...show us your chaos!

I wonder if AJ had a TV left to watch the Neb comeback, after the scoop and score by the Hawkeyes on the "Butt Punt".

ACC 3-0 so far today vs the SEC.

    Louisville beat Kentucky
    Ga. Tech beat Georgia
    Clemson beat South Carolina.

Could go to 4-0 if the Seminoles beat UF.

Ole Miss beating MSU and Minn beating Wisconsin. Both are surprises, but of course those games are not over.

Biggest loss of the day so far is the Buckeyes losing JT Barrett.

Ole Miss ruins the MSU season.

Wisconsin escapes to meet Ohio State next weekend.

Gators play tough but still lose to FSU.

    Irish thumped soundly by USC.

If Auburn hangs on and wins....completely screws up the Playoffs.
