Garbage time score by Texas and the final is 24-10

I see the Aggies gave Georgia a good fight losing 19-13. I just don't understand why the Georgia offense isn't more explosive. They have one of the best OL's in the country, they have RB's who everybody says are NFL QB, they have a QB who is experienced and well thought of, makes no sense. They have a salty defense.

AJ is bound to be happy in Huskerland with the crushing victory over Maryland.

Wisc and Minn both win setting up the showdown next weekend for the Big 10 West

We came up a little short... and at the risk of sounding like Dave I have to say there were some "interesting" calls in that game.
    Oh well... we covered! :p

Scott, I thought Monde got away with a couple of intentional grounding calls on their last scoring drive and yes Georgia got away with a couple of PI calls as well. Seemed to go both ways.

Did Clay Helton save his job today with the win over UCLA? I sort of think he did, I seriously doubt if an Athletic Director who has been on the job for about a month is ready to make such a big move.

What do you SEC guys think of Kirby Smart, is it just that he's accumulated so much talent that it overcomes his coaching?

Smart has put together a very good defense with a ton of talent. I think he has run into a wall with his offense. Fromm is ok and is a do no harm qb, but his inconsistency is troubling. I don't know whether Smart is responsible for the playcalling or the questionable decisions such as fake punts, but something needs to change. A new OC is needed.

Arizona State is a hostile sh*t hole in the desert and a miserable place to play if you're the visitors. If the Ducks get out of their alive with a W, they should count themselves lucky. Herm is a great coach and he has a talented young team. They started great, but without senior leadership, they struggled down the stretch. But for a night, none of that may matter.

The crowd at ASU is so bad that my mild-mannered brother-in-law once got in a drunken fist fight at the ND-ASU game a few years ago. You need thick skin to pull a roadie there.

Gawd...Arkansas is one giant **** pile of a football team. I feel sorry for the Ark. fans shown on TV who traveled to this game. Probably family members of the players. I wonder if during the time of the Roman Empire, family members traveled to the Coliseum to watch a family member get gnawed on by the lions.

Hurts just had the ball ripped out after a great run.
Ducks making a big comeback...only down 3 with 5 to go.

It's just that time of the year. The 9 game conference format stings the P12 every year but I wouldn't have it any other way. Herm Edwards has a very good young team. They started 5-1, lost 4 in a row and then got the big win tonight. Utah is rolling Arizona last I looked. Colorado has an early lead on Washington.

Penn State made be become a bit nervous yesterday with those two fumbles by Justin Fields and narrowed the gap with a couple quick scores deep in OSU territory. Young continued his disruptive play with three sacks and nine tackles, making him the all time leader in sacks for Ohio State. J K Dobbins passed Eddie George with his 157 rushing yards to take over third place in the rushing program. He only needs 60 more yards to pass Ezekiel Elliot. Archie Griffin is the all Time leader.
