Mich 29 Mary 24 early in the 4th. M was up 23-3 at one time but since that point, the Terps have been rolling with Tualia. M fortunate to be ahead benefiting from a TD off a Tualia fumble and a bad pick that led to a M td.

OK what the F is going on? Jerry Krill the guy Minnesota let go because they were afraid he'd die on the sidelnes, brought New Mexico State to the Plains and didn't just beat Auburn, they crushed those guys? I'm sure when the game was scheduled Auburn was looking at it as a Rent a win type of game.

Also how bad is the Illini defense that they let Iowa hang 15 on them?:D

FSU losing to North Alabama. Tell me, who are the 4 best teams in the country?

Jordan Travis injured, don't know much but if he's down for the rest of the season...that kills FSU.

    Carted off the field. Wow.

Another loss for USC and Caleb Williams. Lincoln Riley hasn't turned out to be the guy to lead USC out of the wilderness. They had a good season last year but lost twice to Utah and one of them being in the Pac12 Champ game, then got blasted in the Cotton Bowl by Tulane. This year people talking playoffs and instead they get exposed in their trip to South Bend and proceed to lose 4 of their next 5 games.

Trojan faithful are not very happy. He probably doesn't have a Jimbo type of contract but he's going to be on a big time hot seat next year.

Dawgs and Tide looked like champions this weekend.

Bo Nix had a Heisman type of game vs a bad ASU team. Jayden Daniels vs a rent a team tonight needs to throw 6 TD's and run for 200 yards before Kelly sits him down.

It was a boring game, but this play made it a little more worth attending.

FSU QB ankle injury was brutal... I can't imagine they will cruise on into the playoff without him.

Buckeyes win at home finale 37-3 over the Gophers. I hope McCord does not have a serious knee problem for the big one this coming week? Henderson finally breaks a 75 yarder for a score. Defense looks pretty good as well. We will know for certain next Saturday.

The Longhorns went to Ames and won, but it was not an impressive win. They committed 2 penalties that took TD's off the board. They let the freshman QB carave them up between the 20's for Iowa State and they didn't put the game away till late in the 4th qtr. The good news is that the true freshman 5 * RB, CJ Baxter who is taking the place of Brooks who was having an AA type of season, had a very good game.

Right now I'd have to say that while everybody says the best win of the season is still the Longhorns going to Tuscaloosa and beating Alabama, that Alabama team no longer exists and the Alabama team who lines up today would likely handle the Longhorns. So it will be interesting if both Alabama and Texas win out and are fighting for the 4th slot, will the head to head on the field even matter given that the Tide will have just beaten Georgia and ended their long winning streak.

Terry, it's an interesting question. Alabama has improved and if you remember, we also had 2 touchdowns called back in our game with Texas. Head to head has to weigh heavily in the rankings, so does strength of schedule. I think it is all moot because I don't think we can beat Georgia. They have too many offensive weapons and their defense is very good also.

There was an interesting comment on another forum down here. During Saban's first season at Alabama, we were 25 point favorites in our game with University of Louisiana Monroe and lost. This is Freeze's first season and Auburn was 24.5 point favorites over NMSU and lost. Maybe Freeze is the next Saban?

Ohio State has not been an underdog to a Big Ten team in five years. Michigan is poised to end that streak Saturday.

The Wolverines began the week as 4-point home favorites over the Buckeyes at ESPN BET. It's the first time they've been favored over Ohio State since 2018, when the Buckeyes were also 4-point underdogs against Michigan.

That was the last time Ohio State had been an underdog to a Big Ten team, a stretch of 43 games against conference foes. It's the longest active streak of being favored against one conference in the nation, according to ESPN Stats & Information. The Buckeyes beat Michigan 62-39 in 2018.
