I've said before, you have to be very good, then you have to get lucky to win the NC. Every year is a crap shoot, but whatever. College football as it stands now is a toss up. If it was easy to win the NC then it wouldn't be fun.
Well Tua is a game time decision. Service Academy players can go Pro again as long as they give their 5 years of service after Pro career, or they pay back the cost of tuition. Truthfully isn't going to make much difference. Academies are never going to attract top players with likely NFL futures, or other Pro futures. If for no other reason is the academic rigors, the lifestyle of a Cadet, etc. So. Carolina AD says Will Muschamp is his guy and will be going forward. The dreaded vote of confidence!
I hope Tua plays for a quarter. I think the service academy stuff is ********. Muschamp can probably get another year based on his defeat of Georgia.
Well Tua started and thows a beauty, Tide up 7-0 and then Bama picks one off and it looks like it will be 14-0 pretty quickly.
upset alert..the Huskers are playing well in Lincoln v Wisconsin. Leading 14-10. Tide pulling away up 28-7 in the 2nd qtr. Tua likely to sit the 4th qtr for sure.
oops...sorry AJ I think I jinxed the Huskers with that post. A big play and a pick and Badgers up 24-14
oh man, Saban gave in and let Tua take the last series rather and Mac Jones...Tua is injuired, it looks bad and he'd going off the field on a cart.
Saban says it's a hip, that they decided to keep him in there to run a 2 minute drill for practice...costly practice.
Halftime at ND, I'm watching UT/ISU...ISU up 7-0 and driving. We got down early to KSU last week and came back. I hate to see us get down 14-0 to ISU on the road. Any word on Tua?
