I really doubt if either Minn or Clemson could make it as 1 loss non-championship teams. Both have not played terrific schedules and that 1 loss would probably drop them out of any consideration.

Wake Forrest if they ran the table to the ACC Championship game would be interesting because it would mean they've beaten Clemson at Clemson, again though I don't think they have the mojo to jump over other 1 loss teams.

Well Saban says that Tua is progressing well so we might see him on Saturday. We will see Donald Trump on Sat as he's decided to make the trip for the game.

This game will have everything except WWE wrestlers and monster trucks. It would have been a big deal anyway, but with the President coming, this thing is now a zoo.

Yeah Tuscaloosa is going to be a mess and getting into the game will be a bigger mess. Game day and Secret Service! I'll catch this one from the couch.

Personally I'd rather he'd have stayed away and limited his football to attending the Army/Navy game.

Well, they are moving Game Day to the quad, which will make access to the stadium easier. This crowd is going to be huge and I understand security getting into the stadium is going to be tighter.

I see that some folks have pitched in and raised the $5k to bring the giant Trump baby balloon to this game. As KP and I have stated, this is going to be a total circus of humanity... and then there's the LSU fans lol

I watched South Florida and Temple tonight. That was so bad that I feel like I unlocked an achievement for sitting through it. I deserve a t-shirt, a cookie or a hug after that.

Bad news for the Buckeyes this morning. Chase Young has been suspended until further notice by the Ohio State Athletic Department.. Some sort of issue has been linked to the 2018 season. Wide speculation on Twitter but no concrete information at this point. Timing obviously is not in our favor with two key games with Penn State and Michigan in a couple of weeks.

    Wow.

Don if it was a problem from 2018 does that bring into play Ohio State using an ineligible player this year and having to forfeit all their wins?

I have no idea Terry, all I know is that Ohio State says they are hopeful to have the investigation completed and that Chase will be able to play yet this year?

hopefully, it's nothing. I remember Julio Jones was out while the NCAA investigated him because a fan took him out fishing on the Tennessee River in the summer. I think he missed one or two games.

He's gonna have to prove that pre-existing relationship that is not related to athletics, otherwise he's in a lot of trouble. Either he's in it deep, or it's nothing.
