Trump actually admitted to Fox News that he is trying to impede the United States Postal Service. Incredible and treasonous. Certainly impeachable.

"President Donald Trump said Thursday that he opposes much-needed funding for the United States Postal Service because he doesn't want to see it used for mail-in voting this November.
By directly linking USPS funding to mail-in voting, Trump is fueling allegations that he is trying to manipulate the postal system for political gain. The pandemic has led to record-shattering levels of voting-by-mail, but Trump has tried to restrict the voting method because he says it will hurt his re-election and Republicans across the board.
During an interview on Fox News, Trump said that if USPS does not receive the additional $25 billion funding request that Democrats included in the ongoing stimulus negotiations, then he believes the Post Office won't be able to handle the influx of mail-in ballots in the upcoming election.

So in the middle of a pandemic that he has handled so poorly that college football is even affected he is trying to place American lives in jeopardy by interfering with mail-in voting. He is the most despicable president we've ever had in the White House...... by far.

What ever happened to the federal crime of tampering with the U.S.Mail?

A federal judge in Pennsylvania told the Trump campaign and the Republican Party that they must produce evidence they have of vote-by-mail fraud in the state by Friday.
The judge's order, in a high-profile case about vote-by-mail in the battleground state, essentially forces the Trump campaign to try to back up President Donald Trump's false claims about massive voter fraud in postal voting.
"The Court finds that instances of voter fraud are relevant to the claims and defenses in this case," District Judge J. Nicholas Ranjan wrote on Thursday, telling Republicans that they need to provide evidence of fraud to the Democratic Party and the Sierra Club, which are part of the lawsuit.

What kind of fuckhead claims that opposing increased funding for the postal service is tampering with the mail. OK fuckhead every time a Democrat opposes money for the armed services we'll hang them for treason.

I guess Trump would be that fuckhead.....

Russia hoax, impeachment, and now the demand for mail in ballots. You can see the trend, right?

Mail-in ballots because most of us who would loved to have seen college football have a normal season this year don't want to go stand in a crowd of Covid carrying people to vote.

"Trump claims funding USPS will lead to ballot fraud.
Never mind meddling by Russia, China or Iran. The most dangerous threat to the integrity of November's election is coming from the man sworn to protect it, the President of the United States.

Trailing badly in the polls, overtaken by the worst health crisis in 100 years and deprived of the cruising economy he had hoped to ride to a second term, President Donald Trump is actively trying to discredit an election that could see him turned out of office -- or is at least preparing the groundwork for a bitter legal battle that could drag on for weeks in the event of a close result."

"Former President Barack Obama, appearing on a podcast, accused President Donald Trump of trying "starve" the postal service.
"What we've seen in a way that is unique to modern political history is a President who is explicit in trying to discourage people from voting," Obama said. "What we've never seen before is a President say, 'I'm going to try to actively kneecap the postal service to encourage voting and I will be explicit about the reason I'm doing it.'"
"That's sort of unheard of," he said."

‘These Are Felonies’: Lawyers React with Horror to Reports of Post Office Removing Mail Sorting Machines

“Tampering with the mail and federal elections are crimes no matter who does it,” federal criminal defense attorney Tor Ekeland told Law&Crime. “Just because you run the bank doesn’t mean you get to steal the money. This reeks of mail and election fraud–the scheme to defraud using the removal of mail sorting machines without reason as a means to inhibit mail in voting. These are felonies and should be investigated and prosecuted appropriately.”

LOL. You lib/Dems have gone from the sublime to the absurd. Wasn't this the same argument that proved the existence of Santa Claus in "Miracle on 34th Street"?

What would happen to you or I Jo'Co if we tampered with the U.S. mail to impede it's delivery?

I think jail would be in our immediate future.

All of Santa's letters never make it to the North Pole Dave. How can we expect all of Trumps Votes to get counted. Show up with your mask on, present a valid ID, they check you off the list, and vote. Easy. Besides, itll be spread out anyway. Biden voters have all day to vote, then when the Trump voters get off work, they'll vote.

There were 2 Democratic primary Congressional elections in NY 6 weeks ago that were done through mail-in balloting and the results still aren't known. This is just one example of how non traditional voting can cause real problems. Anyone remember the Iowa primary. Instead of voting with machines they have caucuses. The Dems screwed that up royally. Then of course we have those aholes in Broward and Palm Beach counties that take weeks to get their election results in. I can't believe that the reaction to this all mail voting is "what could go wrong?" Dems keep changing the election rules. We now have felons voting. They want to lower the voting age to 16. In California, after the election party officials can go out and "harvest" new votes. (this changed the results in 4 house seats last election) They don't want IDs and now vote by mail. If your political philosophy is so good why do you have to keep tampering with elections?

I think we need to Vox your sources and/or Politifact them.

Thanks to you I do know now what was going on back in 2019. Now those were dates relevant to this election in November 2020..... yeah.... relevant like Trump's admission to Fox News only a few days ago that he intends to sabotage the USPS mail system to deter Democrats from voting.

Here's how Democrats vote by mail
“It’s been dysfunctional to the extreme,” said Brian Van Nieuwenhoven, treasurer of the Samuel J. Tilden Democratic Club in the district.

At the center of this mess is a massive influx of mail-in ballots — 403,000 returned ballots in the city this cycle vs. 23,000 that were returned and determined valid during the 2016 primary — and a system wholly unprepared to process them. It’s not just delayed results that are at issue: In the 12th District and in the primaries across the country, tens of thousands of mail-in ballots were invalidated for technicalities like a missing signature or a missing postmark on the envelope

They can't run a city, they can't run a state and they sure as hell aren't competent to run the country.

A GOP Congressman from Il. suggests that I am just too harsh in my approach to you guys because of your beliefs and your outrageous acceptance of all things Trump.... lies or not.
From now on I'll need to don the white coat and try to understand your problems a little better.... be more calming and soothing when your party's wackos win elections.... endorsed by the Chief Wacko.

GOP congressman Adam Kinzinger urges Republican leaders to denounce QAnon - CNN

"In media and tech circles there is growing concern about the appeal of QAnon, aspects which are downright delusional. Yet it is cropping up in congressional races and national news coverage.
Last week NBC reported that Facebook contains thousands of QAnon-aligned groups with "millions of members and followers." The social media firm is weighing taking action against its QAnon community.
Some Trump aides have flirted with the conspiracy theory and the president himself has retweeted accounts with QAnon language. When asked about the cult on Friday, Trump refrained from disavowing it."

Sanity is in short supply with some in the GOP these days.
