Also it seems as if there will be 6 million dollars due to Billy G if Kentucky fires him. In these economic times you have to wonder if a state school like Kentucky can pay out 6 million to the outgoing coach and another hefty commitment to the new coach. Seems like it should cause a firestorm bigger than anything AIG bonuses caused.
I'm sure that they could get some great suggestions from the whiz kids up in Ann Arbor that not only had to pay Richrod but also pay off W. Va. But hey, Michigan is just rolling in dough.
