this is the first time I ever got to follow an operation from the hospital. Glad Cindy is home and doing well.
You can't keep her down long. I got a call from her during the middle of the day yesterday. She had just returned from doing a medical checkup on our retired marine next door neighbor. He was bad enough to be sent to the hospital and I respect her for caring about others the way she does. However, I'm going to do a rectal exam with my dominant foot if she doesn't take it easy for a while. :roll: :shock: :evil:
With the mini-incisions and minicams that they use these days jif, a lot of stuff has much shorter recovery period.
JIF, They had her up walking the halls about 3 hours after moving her into the recovery room. I took her home about 4 hours after that. Yes, as Terry noted, things have changed a bit.
