Yeh, but a big win by Texas would give them a claim over the winner in the BCS title game. Same goes for USCw if they roll PSU in the Rose Bowl.

What will be intersting is ..... if Utah beats up on Alabama.

I just don't see a split title this year, even if USC and/or Texas slaughter their opponents and OU/Fla game is a low scoring defensive battle. Now USC and Texas fans might claim they weren't treated fairly. But I don't think it's going to happen.

This will be an opportunity for everybody to see a healthy Beanie Wells and a much more effective Terrelle Pryor in the same backfield.....something we have not had a chance to see all year.

This is a very, very good Buckeye football team.....they got taken to the woodshed on the coast by SC to be sure, without their best player and with SC having an extra week to prepare. I will not claim that we would have beaten SC that day, but I think it fair to say that it would have been a much different game if played today. The Penn State game was a nail biter and one in which we were in control until a late turnover turned the tide and sealed the deal. I believe that Penn St is a much better football team than they are given credit....but we'll get to see just how much in the Rose Bowl.

I think this is a great game and great match-up. A Texas team who's credentials are every bit as worthy - some say superior - as either of the title game participants against a Buckeye team who will be able to field their "A" team for the first time all year and a young stud QB who will benefity tremendously by the extra month of film work and field reps.

Great traditions, great fan bases, great coaches, great players, great teams.....what's not to like?

Yeh ... but just consider the possibilities .... wouldn't it be something if there was a close win by UF .... and huge wins by Texas and USC? Just think of the thread!!! :D
