There's been a couple of 5-7 teams in the bowl games. I guess the other conferences didn't have enough teams to fill those slots? I'm not really sure to tell you the truth.

Hawaii had a 6-7 record and won their bowl game in their home stadium.

A guy on my Texas board say's he has inside sources at Ohio State and that J.T. Barett is going to graduate and transfer to Texas to reunite with Tom Herman who he had his best seasons as a QB with at Ohio State.

    Terry,

I have heard this rumor also and it would not surprise me in the least. J.T. seems to have regressed since Tom Herman left for Houston. I certainly would not have any hard feelings toward J.T. if this proves to be true. Returning to his home state and playing for Herman would be an ideal situation for both parties.

The Minnesota defense was relentless and the Cougars struggled all evening.
Hats off to Cindy, who played it smart!

Well the McCords continue to be excellent pickers..Tom is leading. I am again proving to be a lousy picker gravitating towards the bottom as usual!

I put a lot of points on both Wash State and Boise State... I mean who could have figured that Baylor who ended the season on big losing streak, and giving up a ton of points in most of those games, would suddenly find a defense.

Pinstripe Bowl turned out to be a good game and close all of the way. Northwestern was able to contain the offensive minded Pitt Panthers. One of the better attended bolws from what I have seen in the stands.

After the first series I thought A&M was going to run KState out of the building...but the old man on the other side wasn't having any of that. Good win for the B12 after WVA got hammered by Miami.

With only the one game left, Cindy MCord leads the contest, with Terry O'Keefe in second and Bear Down Rick in third place.

Congrats to Cindy! She really is good at picking games always does well in these contests.

This was my best finish in a skybox contest in a long time. I'm usually in the bottom of the standings.

Was pretty tight group...23 low to 27 high.

Which shows how hard it is to pick the bowl games...and how badly I suck.

    Congrats to Cindy and Terry.
