Jim, this is a terrific pictorial history of the city. Thank you! Coney Island was there then and is there now. I ate lunch there 5-6 times a month. Great chili dogs. This movie was shot many years befor I moved there in 1975, but some of the classic architecturally attractive buildings still stand. Others, especially downtown retail, have been replaced by modern structures. Like most urban areas. Again, thanks for posting.
