They did a crowd shot last night and showed a group of like 3 or 4 Husker fans in a sea of black. One looked like AJ who held up a Husker flag. We got a trip report from Gunny yet?
Good looking defense but that for sure didn't resemble the Husker o-lines of old....Bo has made alot of progress on the defensive side of the ball for sure. Good road win for the Huskers.
I never made it. Took it all the way down to zero hour working ticket deals, convincing my K-State co-worker it would be a good time, talking to the kids that wearing trash bags is actually a cool thing to do...and then momma overruled me. Got talked into going to a local sports bar instead. Got hammered, pissed the wife off in the 4th quarter, and annoyed the other Huskerfans that were there with us by reminding them that they're fair weather fans and that I (with the urgence of my SB bro's) was willing to face the elements to support my Huskers. When we got home, I reminded everybody that this would be the last time I get talked out of going to a Husker game. The new rule is simple: I'm going. If you want to go, you better have a ticket because the Real Huskerfan in this Family only bought one for himself. So needless to say, I'm the A-Hole for the day. The Game: Pelini has started to get Monkeys off his back that Solich and Callahnan put there. Defense is much better than the offense so far. I'm not going to whine about the weather like some Miami fans would because FB is FB. That SUH guy is pretty good. I think the train is starting to get going here. I raise my glass to Youngstown.
Good thing I added to my bed time prayers a few words on keeping you safe and sound on your journey home! With out those the wife might have left you in a ditch!
Nov 7th, 14th look to be the make or break weekends for the Huskers this year. You should be odds on favorites now to win the B12N, only Kansas has a shot at beating you and I don't give them much of a shot vs Mr. Suh.
Judging the large amounts of hot air flowing from some Husker fans mouths I can see them being accustomed to irreverent weather...
