One of the things that people forget is that Tressel plays to win games and doesn't worry too much about stats...he believes that the stats that win games are turnovers and special team stats. When his game plan isn't yielding scores, he doesn't change it. Sure, NIU was putting up rushing numbers, but the D we were playing wasn't giving up points. We won 35-12. I think that huge rushing days against you mean a lot more if they occur in a loss.
