A little off point but I have to give major kudos to the Jumbotron operator for Minnesota for using a giant photo of the "dramatic gopher" (actually looks like a prairie dog) to try and psych out the Wisconsin field goal kicker:

It appears that someone from Ohio State swiped a copy of Michigan's playbook and is now posting it on the internet:

Based on viewing her halftime speech at the Nebraska-M game, it looks like the play of our team has caused our university president, Mary Sue Coleman, to start pounding down Mimosas...

And it appears that our coeds have also resorted to Mimosa therapy to try and dull the pain:

BT...I though players from Ohio did not have to borrow money to get a new car...

That last picture Stu posted reminded me of a gift our departed friend Gerry sent to me way back in the Prodigy days, it was for use at halftime, if needed of the Mich/Notre Dame game one year. I still have it along with a number of custom designed TShirts from GBTD Enterprises Inc, which I cherish truly.

    Here's what Gerry sent me.

As you can see I didn't use it, those were the days when Lou Holtz owned Bo Schembechler. :)

The G-Man would have loved this week and the streak!

Buckeyes will have their final practice this morning and head for Ann Arbor mid afternoon by bus.

Much is being made locally about how Michigan upset the Buckeyes in 1969, when Ohio State was heavily favored.

I am confident we will prevail tomorrow and meet or exceed the spread. Brady Hoke is no Bo Schembechler!

How big are the gas tanks on the buses? I'm guessing that the OSU folks will not want to fill up in Michigan and thus pay Michigan taxes.

(I saw part of a program on the B10 channel describing the rivalry. One recollection was that Woody would never buy gas in Michigan for that reason.)

    Sid,

Special gas trailers follow the buses!
