Of course we wouldn't mind Kelsey, am looking forward to meeting another Skyboxer for the first time. Terry, the time looks good to me, we will arrive tomorrow afternoon and hopefully meet the new great-grand-baby tomorrow evening and then spend most of the week end with them and head back home on Monday morning. I think I can pass on the tooth cleaning.
Ah so true, but I also suspect that fatherhood with a High School football player and a baby daughter occupies a lot of your time YES? But yes football season is approaching.
I expect a full report with photos from the lunch meeting. Please limit the comments on how fat Kesley has gotten to one page.
Had a nice lunch at Goode Company BBQ, the home of the BAPP that Bobda loved so much. Kes and I had a piece in his honor, Kes took a 2nd piece home to share with his wife. Bill and Jeanne are doing well lots of grandchildren and a new great grandchild. It was good talking to them and Kes. The food was good as well. Heard a good story about them visiting AJ in Missouri and having some yellow snake drop on AJ's truck which he took care of with a golf club! How did we all miss that story!
Took it home to share with his wife... Yeah right... Glad you guys got to meet up! Always good for the crew to actually see each other from time to time...
Terry, glad you got the picture to post. I tried to post to Facebook twice though my phone and both times it said it would be posted, but nothing yet. It was great seeing you again and meeting Kesley was a pleasure. We didn't take a picture with Tom yesterday which I regret. But Tom took us by his house and I got to see the garage he had built, and it is remarkable.
Lunch at the home of the BAPP? I am ill with envy. After Lloyd and I wolfed down a BAPP send to us by TOK, we envision the place where it is made as a mystical shrine. Great pic of all of you!
I didn't get the chance to say how great that picture was and how cool it was that you guys made time to catch up together. And Kes I don't care what Scott says, you did not have an extra ear growing in the middle of your forehead...
Thanks Kes. Hey I amazed myself, after driving for two and a half days we got home mid afternoon and after taking a look at our lawn I got on the mower and mowed it. The wife almost fainted. Hey Jeanne posted our picture on her blog. http://backyardneighbor.typepad.com
Bill, you said you "got on" the mower. Is it a riding mower or a walking mower? Either way, I'm impressed that you didn't put it off until another day.
Sid, Riding mowers are illegal in Ohio. We have so many obese people, push mowers are required. Additions weights for the mowers are free!
