Demetrius Jackson declaring for the NBA draft. In this age of one and dones, we were fortunate to have him for 3 years. He's a class kid. A winner.

Not a surprise, I wish him a lot of success in the NBA. He's a great kid, He's most likely very close to his degree, I hope he takes the time to come back and finish and graduate.

There are a couple of guys in this years final four who could have left last year, Hield of OU and Johnson of UNC but came back for their senior seasons. I hope that is a growing trend to tell the truth.

I'm surprised he "still has a long way to go"...most ND athletes due to summer school are very close after 3 years. Many football players are ready to graduate in Dec of the Sr. Year. Even Everet Golson graduated in 4 years although he took a heavy load the Spring Semester, and he missed a semester.

Also it bothers me that he is not going to finish out the semester. I know it's very common, as kids want to sign with an agent and then spend all their time working out for the NBA Combine and any pre-draft private workouts. I get it, it's money. But still bothers me.
