Joel, we can't do that. If we did, we'd never hear from you. We look forward to your visits each football season. And when a Boston/New England team wins a championship. :)

Wish we could play the Jets and Dolphins TWICE a year like the Pats do every year. What a joke of a schedule.

I don't know why you do this Joel, everybody tries to be nice to you and wish you well, but you can't resist being a jerk

Did Michigan lose?????? Someone told me that but I'm pretty sure they were mistaken.

Anyway, our yearly game with Navy next week. I know they look terrible on paper but that's when they usually come to South Bend and have their best game of the season. I hate this game and the triple option and most of all Ken Niumatalolo. He has no respect for ND and never did. I still remember when they beat us and he was doing a little jig on the sidelines. Only one way to beat them. Score every time you get the ball.

Some tweets from the UNC game.

This one from Kyren Williams...although not sure why he took it personally they weren't dancing on the ND Logo, which we don't have at midfield to dance on anyway. Looks like they were just having fun with the pre-game hype/light show and music. Oh well whatever motivates you!

Why so hard on Jif Tim? He's never been a fan of ND, for reasons he's never truly defined, but obviously not a fan. My guess is a beat down of Brown University sometime in the late 40's...early 50's? I dunno. No different than my past remarks towards the house of I'll reputes known as Univ of Miami, or the 44K seat urinal known as Wrigley Field, but I was never called a POS because of it. Hell, even the Reverend Jeffers cut me slack about my Punk State remarks. And he made Jif look like a shy Quaker.

Why so hard on Jif? Oh this goes waaaaaaay back to prodigy days! I was thinking about it today and honestly can't even remember what school he roots for? He obviously hates ND but he can't stay away from trolling ND specific threads. There are a lot of schools that I I don't like but I really don't waste my time trolling around on their threads/posts and for most of the last 20 or so years I've done just that. There is only one sport I have a true passion for anymore at all and only 1 team, Notre Dame. The only time I'm interested in any other team really is the next team on the schedule.

In days past, he usually would drop by and start some trash talk saying something about how weak he perceived ND's schedule to be despite being proven wrong over and over. He will always want to point out that we play Navy every year as part of his evidence that the schedule was weak. True ND fans know why we play Navy every year but that requires first of all that you know some college football history and secondly that you know what the word "loyalty" means. People like jif have no understanding of loyalty at all.

Why would you keep Navy on your schedule year after year when you know that on the surface it's a no win situation every time. If we win then it's ND beating up on lowly Navy, especially if it's a lopsided score. If it's a loss or even a close win it's a tarnished dome for sure. ND usually has a lot of players that get injured in this game and it's just a painful game to watch that style of football.

if it were up to me I would say take them off the schedule but then again I do know why they're on the schedule. I know the tradition and I believe in loyalty. Tradition and loyalty, not to much of that going around these days.

Having said all that, jif is still a POS.

Well AJ you mellowed and while you don't like Miami you didn't troll Ralph like Jif does us.

Speaking of Todd Jeffers I was thinking about him the other day, he had his wars with Joel that is for sure and they were both Penn State fans. I miss Todd he was an interesting character.
