Watched the replay of Charlie going down..that was brutal to watch. I don't quite understand though how with the ACL gone he can be considering not having the repair.
TOK: Glad to read that you are safe and sound. Sorry you missed watching the game but you really didn't miss that much
For the benefit of Gipper and EPI and the guy in Houston who did not have a chance to watch the game, some 2008 Youtube video. I'll take my crow pan fried, thank you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q2qV8nLaH-8
TOK, glad you make it through my man....is there any whiskey left? BobDa, hang in there, it's only gonna get better as he gets the kids that fit his system and the kids he has become more familiar. Hopefully, that should be about the time that we learn how to defend it....but that was one helluva first 10 minutes.....ugh.
Thanks Bobda! I have only been able to watch the highlights over on MSNBC's Notre Dame Central. That was fun to watch! BuckT...2 oz of Jamesons 12 y/o at bed helps you ignore the lack of airconditioning!!
Re: Michigan offense: Their QB has improved every week and they do have a good defense, maybe not up to some of the ones they have had in the past but still a good enough defense that they will win 7 or 8 games I bet. And the RB from the Houston area, Sam McGuffie, is really a good one and I think that the spread is perfect for him. He's not the pound it out type of TB and the RR's spread will create space for him to operate. RR: has the advantage that Lloyd Carr was a consistently good recruiter and while the talent at UM might not exactly fit the spread and I know they had some transfers he doesn't have to deal with the total lack of talent in any particular class like Weis has had to do as a result of the lack of effort by the previous coach. Terry
Lol...I had to watch it twice. BTW on the 2nd to last INT the refs failed to call a horsecollar on that tackle that finally brought him down.
