    <t>Well this one should make you feel better Terry. The #1 TE in the country, Brock Wright just committed to ND. Out of Texas!</t>

    Yeah but he's a 2017 kid, we lost Angeline our 2016 TE target to USC. But I'm happy, he's a Houston Area kid to boot!!

    Joel, you're spending too much time obsessing about Notre Dame's schedule. You need to focus your attention on making sure the Patriots stop cheating and the Red Sox don't get demoted to AAA ball. :p

    re: Texas

    To paraphrase George Patton, we need to kick their arse and make it look like their fault...

    Too bad for the kid, the violation of team rules covers a lot of potential things but when it's a 4 game suspension it usually means that he did more than miss some meetings. His father has commented that he's still in school and intends to enroll in the fall and continue at Notre Dame.

    Well some good, but somewhat expected, news. Fla Safety Spencer Perry has given his verbal to the Irish. The Boudreaux kid is supposed to announce on July 2nd, Irish are hopeful he'll verbal to us, but I won't be completely shocked if he goes with Clemson.

    Spencer Perry 6'3" 200.

    He takes good angles and he has good anticipation. I like him.

    <t>Well after looking over the info, video etc on Stepherson and Elliot and now Perry you can say what you want about them being 3* listed but they all three look real good to me. Chance are all three will end up will 4* ratings at some point. These kids were all three going to big time programs somewhere and then we would all end up saying "why didn't we get this kid when we had a chance". Kelly's staff really liked all three a lot. Incidentally, the Perry kid was probably the first commit for Todd Lyght/Autry Denson. <br/>
    <br/>
    The only one of the last 4 commits I have a concern with is Jones. I'm still having trouble justifying that one. Hopefully he'll make me eat my words.</t>

    Today is the day Parker Boudreaux makes his verbal commitment to somebody...hopefully the Irish. We'll see.

    It's the Irish. They have one hell of an OL line haul.

    Finally the Irish OL and depth on the OL seems to be outstanding. Heistand seems to be a really good recruiter and is the main reason we've been doing well. We have a potentially great OL this year, it's time to see Heistands expertise is more than just recruiting!
