I guess for really special games they could go with the green turf.

we're already bat **** crazy and conspiratorial. Can you imagine what will happen when the replay shows we're right?!?

I can see a few ND Law guys just sitting there with a stack of injunctions ready to go ;)

<t>I don't have any idea how you tweet or twit or whatever but this is a "tweet" from Hill today. ""100% committed to Notre Dame for those people worried," Hill posted, "will not be taking any visits anywhere. My decision is final."</t>

He's a 6'2" weak side (run stopping/rusher) from Texas who was offered by people like Oklahoma and Texas. He reconfirmed to Notre Dame today. This was a good hold by the staff. The poachers were all over this kid...

    IMHO: similar to Prince Shembo

Long year ahead for mens basketball, maybe even our first losing season in a very long time.

It's noisier and has large video screens. With top talent we'll win some games

I think I won't be able to afford to rent a suite.

Seriously, I see what they are doing, and I don't have a problem with it. Every building project that has taken place at ND since my days there has been architecturally consistent with the original buildings, has extended the campus in a balanced way, and has made the expanded campus as attractive to the eye as it was before the project. I can't believe that this project, the biggest yet, will be any different.

Not only do I like it but I get a chuckle out of the way they decided to put walls up to boost the sound in the stadium. Sky boxes would be the obvious way to go. Building buildings for classes and the arts is the way to do it and pretend it's just an expansion of the university facilities. Brilliant! :)

Irish men finally got back in the win column vs BC, though BC is not a good team it's still a much needed win.

Irish Women crushed Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium, absolutely crushed them. Right now it's UConn and ND as the 2 best teams in Womens Basketball, nobody is close to them. It'll be interesting to see if both can go undefeated and meet in the finals, unlikely as a lot of games between now and then, but it would make for some high drama!

Irish Hockey blown out at New Hampshire this weekend. Not a good first year in Hockey East.
