    Kes,

I can already give that report. However, you may have missed the best part of that run. It goes by two names: Twisted Sisters and Three Sisters. The part of 16 that is just barely north of Medina (about 10 miles outside of Kerrville) is the connector between the CR 337 and FM 2107. 337 is better than 16 and 2107 is even better than 337. The entire run reminds me so much of the dragon. We took Cindy's car on that run close to a month ago. Photographer was set up on 337 and took the picture below.

The section north of Medina was what I meant.
I didn't drive any of the other areas... since my 7600 lb truck takes some of the fun out of it.
    :p

    Thanks for the report!

oops, since Kesley had been on the topic, I didn't even realize that I was replying to Scott. Sorry...
Changing to Goodyear Eagle F1 255/45ZR20 rear tires. Right now, they are 245/45ZR20 Goodyear Eagle SA's Little taller, little wider, and softer compound for better traction. The pass that generated the above time slip, I came off the line between 2500 and 3000 RPM. At about a 5 foot role, I accelerated. At about 10 feet out, the rear tires went up in smoke. If I modulated much more, I would have been seeing Cindys tail lights. We can nail Cindy's car at about 10 mph and barely hear a chirp. It hooks up great!

    I know what you mean.
Today's cars have so much power, even with huge tires it's hard to hook them up.
I had hell with the Z.
It was so light to begin with... if I turned off traction control I'd basically burn the tires right off it.
With the T-control on it would use the brakes to slow the wheelspin which caused loss as well...

Not watching Football at all this weekend.

Cindy and I are headed out to Sealy Texas to the Lone Star Mopar Fest. We are taking both cars for 1/4 mile and road course events.

We will be leaving on Friday afternoon to stay in Columbus, Texas, 16 miles away from the event. We'll be staying in Sealy Saturday night returning home on Sunday morning.

This is all legal... unlike the late night racing I used to be involved in back in the late 70's to early 80's... Statute of limitations has run on drag racing 30+ years ago hasn't it!?!?

We are on another kind of mission this weekend. This mission is to help our Wounded Warriors. For those of you that don't visit the back room often, check out the Wounded Warriors and Moonlight Fund topic in the back room.
