I'm not following this Tennessee case and don't have any idea what it's about, but I saw this on X and thought, this is serious. Anyone here famililiar with it?

 

Sid I heard that there was an injunction issued against the NCAA to prohibit them from enacting rules limiting NIL payments to athletes. Don't know any of the facts.
