Bill Snyder???? He retired already, surely he's not looking for a comeback.

The thought behind Snyder "coming back" to KState is as a temporary HC with Dan McCarney (former HC at Iowa State) as the "HC-in-waiting". All seems a bit far fetched to me but .... ya never know.

I'm hoping McCarney stays on at UF as the Def Coord in the event Charlie Strong gets a HCing job.

KSU wanting their previous savior to come back to re-direct their program especially as a temporary guy is not too hard to believe.

"He did it before, he can do it again!"

    :p

Makes no sense, if McCarney is the HC in waiting then why not just hire him. It's not like he's some young inexperienced coach who needs his hand held. Purdue had that HC in waiting this year, but it was due to Tiller wanting to have 1 more year.
