Didn't all of the charges (legal) get dropped against the kids in that raid? He should have used more discretion. It sucks for him, but he did it to himself.
That's too bad, but it was on him. Why a guy who already has an alcohol related offense hanging over him decides to go to one of those student house parties <b>AND</b> drink is beyond me. Those house parties freqeuntly get out of control and it's a given that some cops are going to show up. If he went he should have stuck to soda's.
Final Decision, is no expulsion. But he's done with football for this year. However he can play Lacrosse in the spring and he will be eligible for a extra medical year. It's probably more than he'd get at UF, Penn State, Ohio State, Alabama, Tenn, Texas or Texas A&M. Several game suspension and community service would have been more inline with the rest of college football. Terry
