Both Boondock and I had Marcus Ambrose who was leading with a few laps to go and he stalled under yellow trying to conserve fuel...and lost about 8 places. (and no, we didn't consult with each other ahead of time. )

 

IndyRacer and RacerX swapped positions 8 and 9. Everyone else kept their same full season position.

Yes Stu, it looks like last week was Johnson's week. This week was the wrong time for me to pick him.

It appears that one of the teams in the contest has smacked the wall and headed for the garage for repairs. LoneStarMotors has been in the garage for the last two weeks with drivers selected that are down to zero starts scoring zero points. That's gonna leave a mark.

 

No big risers or fallers with 2 rising one place and 2 dropping one place. Until Montoya popped the wall, IndyRacer was looking good.

Jimmy Johnson leads and is dominating in the Pocono race. How could we tell that this would happen? Nobody picked him in the Skybox group!

The LoneStarMotors team still making repairs behind the wall losing lap after lap.

 

My guy, Jeff Gordon pits after a red flag while running 1st so that he can go the rest of the way. He comes out of the pits in 12th mostly because of people that didn't pit. It then starts raining. He is in danger of finishing 12th because of that decision instead of winning a rain shortened race. The kicker is that Sam Hornish Jr, down 2 laps at one point, is the first person that didn't pit. He is in first place and can steal the race if they don't go back green.

 

By the numbers that are already out, we only had two position changes. ND_Fan77 moved up one spot and North Carolina Gators moved down one.

It is probably going to bite me this week but I went with one of the two drivers I had been rejecting all year. I had not picked Montoya or Robby Gordan. I picked Robbie and he has transmission problems, He is done for the year as far as I am concerned. I just can't ever pick Montoya. That guy is such a spaz. He is leading right now but if all goes as usual, he'll screw that up before the ned of the race.
