Thanks! Agree re Jo’Co- really miss reading his posts, especially now at World Cup time when Corey and he would craft hilarious tutorials to educate us dense neophytes about the nuances of soccer.

Maybe we can agree on one thing, perhaps it's just a simple matter of taste. It would seem to be no exaggeration to say that we have evidenced the fact that they had distinctly different tastes ;)

Be fair BT. Jim lives in AA. If he wanted to engage in a “Urban Wild Night”, he would not have the choices that Urban had.

I knew Bobda would deliver, setting up yet another classic M Week battle. BT certainly is Bobda's equal. For those of us who don't have a stake in the outcome on Saturday, the M Week "conversations" are every bit as entertaining as the game. :D

Pretty sure the coaches didn't exchange Christmas cards last year.... ;) a little trash talk is always good to spice up the rivalry

If he was referring to Day, a totally boneheaded statement. Day grew up a blue collar kid in New Hampshire not a known hotspot for college football. As opposed to having a father who was a head coach at various colleges and an assistant at prominent universities, Day’s father committed suicide when Day was a teenager. Day earned what he achieved.

Invading infidel hordes rarely welcomed kindly, I get it....that said, I've made 6 trips to AA for the game. First one for the 1975 Griffin-family led 21-14 comeback victory. My record is 4-2, btw. I wish I had a video of each.....suffice to say I can't remember ever being welcomed with grace and good tidings and have been pelted with everything ranging from peanuts and golf balls to beer and vomit! Good times.....I'll be back! ;)

Not in keeping with the humor-based approach to this topic but IMO impressive enough to post:

I've been in the Shoe (with Stu) but never been to the Big House. Not sure I'm buying this though.

ERIC CHAMBERS, father of linebacker Steele Chambers: “When you look around and see The Big House, you understand what it means. You almost hear the ghosts of teams that have been successful in the past talking to you.

“Quite honestly, the Michigan game day experience is significantly higher than the Ohio State game day experience in terms of the way noise amplifies off of it, the built-in DJ that plays to the energy going on, the way they play music going into the snap. Everything about that is so much more energetic than the highest energy game in The Shoe. It’s the first time I’ve been somewhere and thought there’s a home field advantage here like I’ve not seen anywhere else.”
