    I've loved Lou as a coach and motivational speaker, and I'm glad for any recognition that he gets. I thought maybe these awards were not very common but it turns out they are very common Obama once gave out 21 of these at a single time. I read where he gave out a total of 123 the most ever by a president. No doubt politics plays a part in choosing them, not all of them of course.
