I believe Frost would be just as good a choice but I am not sure we can beat Nebraska for him.

After than there is Norvell, Taggert, Strong and I don't think we go after Mullen.

Why do so many people think Taggert will leave Oregon? I find that curious. They print money at Oregon so it can't be that.

Contrary to popular belief here on this board there are educated opinions elsewhere like this Florida sportswriter's take on the sorry state of the Gators and the fact that Chip Kelly was not necessarily the answer:

"Saturday’s game was one more example of why Chip Kelly and all of his baggage were so tempting, why UF was willing to go so far outside the box and do something so un-Florida that not everybody in the building was on board.

Kelly was that big piece of brie sitting in the mouse trap that Florida struggled to resist. He chose to take a more comfortable route back into college football where the defenses are less ferocious and 9-3 gets people excited.

Still, it says something that there were as many people sighing in relief at the Kelly news as there were those sighing in despair.

Personally, I think they dodged a bullet and I’m not the only person who feels that way."

Sorry that we can't all be as scholarly as Florida sportswriters.

I mean, he was so kind to educate us that they don't play defense in the Pac12.

That's just laughable with all of the mediocre teams (and defenses) that they have in the SEC. Then again, we can't all be as smart as that cutting edge of success as Florida.

Dan Mullen is a heck of a football coach...and there's a lot of really angry kids in Starkville tonight.

He really knocked it dead at the press conference today Corey.

Our administration must really like him, the report is that we are paying him 6 million a year for 6 years.

nice! good for you guys. I missed a lot of the hot action over the past 24 hours and certainly didn't have time for press conferences. I'll get caught up though.
