Bill, I agree with what you're saying. I just don't think people are realistic about what he should have been doing there. That team was God awful. Was he suppose to magically wave a wand and start running a 5 wide passing attack with skill and talent that does not exist on the roster? He played the cards he was dealt. In many ways, that was a moral victory. The difference between UT and UF in that game was as great as I can remember.. certainly since I've lived in the South. Tom, Thank you for your open reflections on the subject. I think you're in the same boat as a lot of UT fans. It's also something not a lot of people like to talk about. No one likes to be used like that. It doesn't mean that people can just make crap up though.
