Jaskewicz Memorial Football contest - Standings topic

This week and next are probably the last of the full weeks. We predict that week 13 and 14 will both be short weeks. Very important to keep up the picks in the next two weeks.

 

Six people did not post picks including the 3rd place contestant. Monte's Mob tried to make up for a missed week by taking the underdog West Virginia for 13 points and it almost worked. KP is trying to make a move picking the most underdogs at 5.

Looks like Bear Down Rick took first place with his best showing of the contest. That effort included picking one underdog, Arizona (who didn't see that one coming) which did not pan out. His score was good enough to displace Gator Bill for second place overall.

Congrats to LoneStar Irish for being the only one to pick UCF over Houston. Could have been local information I guess.

Congrats to Tim Gentry for being the only person picking both of the other two winning underdogs... and for very high points.

Everyone watch for the picks to come out. I see that Boise State is playing on Friday so we could have a Friday night game again this week!

 

I just obtained a lot of 5 bobble head Jo Pa's. We are set for trophies through 2014.

 

Thank Goodness I will not have to worry about getting one of those for the contest! :lol:

I wish Andy's boy would have provided a photo of Andy so that it could have been used in the contest or even the trophies. I still think it's very cool that the 1st place trophy incorporates the JoePa bobblehead.

With the way the last few weeks have fallen, there are at least 15 people with a legitimate shot at 1st through 3rd place.
