1st day edited... Campbell is setting quite a high cut mark if he keeps this up. He is -10 so far.....
Sergio is getting it going a little, Casey is in at even and Watney is making me look good. On the other hand the Goose is cooked and Zach stepped all over his Johnson today.... http://www.cbssports.com/golf/leaderboard/p/292758
I thought for sure Chad Campbell had changed his name to Briney Baird. So please change that for me.
AJ....I can see how Els and Perry are very similar so OK....but Terry... Campbell and Baird?........no way Jose.
The leaderboard: AJ (+eight) Couples +2 Els +3 Stenson -1 Goosen +3 Mcilroy +1 MCG (-12) Furyk -4 Casey E Watney -2 Garcia -4 Villegas -2 Terry (+1) D.J. Trahan +1 Briney Baird +4 K.J. Well since I lost 3 guys to the cut (Fugg you Freddie, Ernie, Goose), I've conceded the 1st half of the contest. I'm -8 on the other.
Problem is AJ I think we would all be -8 or pretty close to it if it didn't exclude Tiger, Phil et al. This is a bit more interesting but I will concede you at least knew who the odds on favorites were.
Dave, If you place a space after the 8 it will come up, otherwise it thinks you are trying to make a smiley face. (-8 ) is how it has to be coded. If you leave that space out, it becomes (-8).
The leaderboard: (Maybe next time we allow for one drop of a player after 2 rounds to account for one that misses the cut. There's always the US Open.) AJ (+12) Couples +4 Els +4 Stenson E Goosen +4 Mcilroy E MCG (-15 ) Furyk -8 Casey +1 Watney -4 Garcia -1 Villegas -3 Terry ( +1 ) D.J. Trahan +1 Briney Baird +6 K.J. It was great drama all day Sunday. Tiger and Phil going at one another alone was worth the ticket. Phil being Phil and blowing it with by hitting it in the water and missing 2 gimme putts. I'm going to make a prediction: Tiger won't win another major for 4 or 5 years, maybe never again. He's physically not what he used to be and I think his mental game isn't as tough as it once was and I think he'll start to press to win another one and that will work against him.
