Harbaugh will have to put together a staff and try to get Mich recruting back on track. Right now the class that Hoke had basically fell apart and I think UM has only 6 kids committed. Harbaugh is not likely to be up to speed on who's who in HS football and I'm sure he's a quick learner, but he'll need to get some guys on staff quickly who do know those things and see what he can do. I will not be shocked though if the mere presence of Harbaugh nets him some big time players late who previously had written off UM. But the 2016 class I would expect to be more like Michigan back in the day when they were consistently top 5 every year in recruiting.
