Thanks for the update Mike, last picture I have of you from Rome is you holding up a sign asking the Holy Father to save the Irish (football). Maybe this time you can just ask him to pray for the Irish on their trip to Columbus!!
Mike, re: shaving. Don't sell short the possibility that you might look good with a beard. You don't need to be told to take it easy. Your body is in charge and will let you know how you are progressing. What you've described is, in my opinion, excellent progress. My hope for you and Mary is a very enjoyable trip.
Henrick Stenson wins the LIV and 4M dollars. Tony Finau wins in Detroit, playing 4 days not 3 and got 1.5 M. I liked Davis Loves suggesting that PGA tour players boycott Majors that allow LIV players. Will never happen though
Phil Mickelson has pipped Lionel Messi to become the highest-paid athlete in 2022 in an article released by the official Forbes twitter account today. That is astounding. The 52-year-old Lefty, six-time major winner, has seen 2022 as the most profitable of his life and notched the top spot in the world for athlete earnings. The figures are truly eye-watering, with Phil listed at the top, sitting on $138,000,000. The World’s Highest-Paid Golfers 2022: LIV Golf Reshuffles Top Earners And Sends Pay Soaring
Of course it's ironic that Phil can't break par this year. But he's getting paid like he's won a couple of tournaments and a Major instead of not making any cuts
I'm thinking the Majors may soon not allow them it. A lot depends on Augusta National. I think the others may follow their lead.
The Majors and the Ryder Cup need to exclude these guys. Only that will bring this LIV to its knees from a player standpoint. The terrorists that run the show have more money than morals. I see Koepka made a round a half million dollars for finishing last.
LIV has done one thing, it's caused some changes in the PGA Tour. With the PGA Tour facing perhaps its greatest threat ever from the LIV Golf Invitational Series, it announced a 2022-23 schedule on Monday that includes a record $415 million in prize money in official events and another $145 million in bonuses, including $75 million for the FedEx Cup. PGA Tour to pay out record $415M in '22-23
You guys remember this from about six weeks ago? Here is a photo she just posted on her FaceBook page.... https://scontent-lga3-1.xx.fbcdn.ne...uep0onVpW0d3E8LEPqFdsuK6cv334q4VA&oe=62ED1D52
I wonder if the TV networks agreed to renegotiate their contracts to help the PGA. Otherwise it look kind of bad as though there always was more money but they didn't pay it out. I wonder if the PGA has some sort of pension plan for its players and if the resignations "freed up" some additional funds.
This week's Wyndham Championship is the end of Nick Faldo's broadcast career. He's moving on to other things. I'll miss him, not as much as I miss Johnny Miller though!

Sounds like when you are dipping into the secretarial pool and then you get tired of the cutie or your wife finds out! “We were guys that we would love to have dinner together and hang out. … What was going on on the course was starting bleed off the course and that's not what you want. He's an incredible friend, I love him to death, and I told him I had to do what's best for me.”
