    Sunday's game shoulda been a breeze, but it turned into a grinder in the 9th as the Orioles loaded the bases and halved a four run deficit. An error by Cora at short on what should have been a game-ending double play helped keep Baltimore alive. After another out a tremendous stop and throw by Lowell ended the game and avoided extra innings.

    Now the Sox face an angry Tiger team that just got swept by the ChiSox. I sure hope Beckett is on tonight.

    Bosox get Hinske from Blue Jays to provide a LH bat in the lineup. According to MLB he can platoon with Willy Mo or play a corner IF position if needed. I give the Bosox credit for trying to get better. Hinske was not a crucial player for the Jays, but he has the ability to help the Bosox at the plate.
