Corey, I guess I should call Gainesville and tell them as soon as FSU is competitive again take them off the schedule, also drop the games scheduled with Miami and the one with USF next season.

It truly is a shame.....why can they not see what they are doing to the game? Major props to Petey, Stoops and those that do.....

    Bill,

Corey didn't write the article... he just pointed it out.

The guy chose not to mention the rest of your schedule.
Sadly the logic he mentions is correct.
You probably SHOULD drop FSU and Miami if you want to continue to be in the driver's seat under this system.
Would you like to face Bama without Tebow after he takes a cheap shot from an FSU player in a game that doesn't enhance your chances any?

I HATE crappy scheduling, but it's the best way to get to the top right now...

Yeah....like Bill says Meyer had better get to work and try and avoid playing FSU and Miami in the same season as non-con foes such as the Gators did in the BCS Title season of 2008.

I remember that movie well Corey. Breyer Rabbit always came out on top.

Did you ever notice Breyer rhymes with Meyer?? :)

    Nice try, Bill.

It's "Brer" Rabbit, short for Brother Rabbit.

Somehow, I think you knew that but chose to use poetic license.

Here you go. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) wants the president to investigate the BCS for anti-trust violations. It's nice to know that someone who is unbiased is involved.

Thanks for giving me the out Sid, so Brer rhyes with Meyer doesn't it?

No matter what I think of the BCS, I think that our congress is even more dysfunctional. Hatch needs to stick his nose out of sports and see if he can get our representatives more functional.
