    OK Corey.... you got me.

The only reason that Florida lost to Missouri is because the Gators had the misfortune to play LSU the week before and because UF has more injuries than anyone else in the SEC. UF by far has the best talent in the league..... better than Alabama but UF just has had a bad run of luck due to that SEC schedule and UF has the most heart of any team in the league and certainly more than a team like Notre Dame does... etc.

..... There now...... do you sorta kinda feel like members of Congress who had to sit and listen to the made up drivel that Cruz spewed forth a few weeks ago? ........

Gators have the possibility of having a losing team for the first time since 1979.

    Hard to take.

Not helping Muschamp in his desire to replace Mack Brown. His competition is Nick Saban of course who keeps winning and increasing his desirability.

Seriously though do you really think this could be a losing season for the Gators? Is there any feeling that Muschamp is interfering with Pease and the offense?

I think the general feeling among Gator fans is that Muschamp hired Pease and demanded that he shed his own coaching personality and become a Muschamp mini-me.

News flash! It ain't workin Will!!!!

Terry, count me as one who thinks Muschamp can be very successful. There are so many internet idiots who want to fire the coach whenever they lose a game.

Contrary to what a lot of people think the program was not in the best of shape when Muschamp took over. I am not trying to slam Meyer, but with all that transpired with him in his last year Muschamp is having to do a lot of rebuilding.

Having said that the offense has to get better but I am sure than it will, not necessarily this year but it will get better.

A lot of fans aren't so sure Bill.

Maybe Driskel can come back next year with a better mindset and maybe Pease will have the mindset to open things up with Muschamp's blessing and at least maybe the injury bug won't be so severe.

I don't remember too many if any seasons where we were impacted by so many injuries at such key positions.

I think the general feeling is though that WM will not change his style to suit the fans and the fact he seems so stubborn about it could be a big problem.

With the recruiting UF has had over the past few years there is no reason at all that the Gators should be ranked near the bottom of the NCAA in total offense three years running.

Take it from an ND fan, we're experts in this subject. It's not the fans call. Muschamp can be successful, but he's going to have to address his offensive strategy even if that means he takes his hands off of it entirely.

But the fans are never a good source for football knowledge.

Losing season? That means you'd have to lose to both Vandy and Georgia Southern. Not gonna happen. You've shown you're good enough to beat the lower two-thirds of the SEC, who aren't that good, especially with as good as your defense is. You should be able to beat Georgia and South Carolina with that defense - I look for a split. FSU? Probably not.

Kes, we could beat both those teams and lose the Bowl game and we would have a losing season.

Also Vandy just beat Georgia and are no pushovers.

I hope we don't but we are not looking good.

Corey, I think it would be best for Muschamp to let his offensive coordinator have complete control. Also we have Joker Phillips on the staff who has been a successful OC in the past.

Terry, I am not sure I buy your Muschamp wants to be the Texas coach idea. He's a Gator now and I am not sure he would leave for Texas.

Wouldn't be surprised to see muskrat throw Pease under the bus.... and hire Phillips as the new OC.

Agreed on Vandy.... I'll be at that game and it has suddenly taken on a whole new aura of uncertainty.

Don't be fooled by the Gator's putrid effort last Saturday.

I see 4 potential losses for the Tigers in Tenn, Ole Miss, SC and TexA&M.

If they run that table and beat Bama they'll be playing for the BCS Title.

I see that the Gators signed a 1 handed basketball player from Kentucky. Well he'll be a preferred walkon but still willl have a chance to play for the Gators. I hope the kid makes it and gets to play, more importantly gets his degree along with it.

    Me too Terry.

I remember seeing a video of that kid last basketball season. Here's wishing him luck.
