To be fair, he beat Stoops two years in a row when he coached at Oklahoma State and my guess is that Okie's St's talent did not compare with Oklahoma's talent. I think the Sooners were undefeated both years going into OSU game. OSU was a piss poor team before Miles got there. At LSU, he has won an unnatural amount of close games againt good teams while making decisions that seemed unorthodox to state it charitably. I do not think it is "dumb luck" My guess is that if you check the Baton Rouge registrar of deeds, there is a transaction recorded between Les and Satan involving the sale of Les's soul. Two great FARKS from tigerdroppings.com Les as the Dos Exix Most Fascinating Man: Les as the Mad Hatter after the clock management problems at the end of the Tenn. game
Awesome Bobda.....  Like Bill says.....Florida wasn't the better team but had done enough to win at the end and fans would have celebrated accordingly. Like I said though....even Miles himself was dejected when he saw the ball bounce but as his luck would have it it bounced straight up and also just happened to be parallel to the holder. With no TOs and 35 seconds left one kneel down for UF and the game would have been over if that fake doesn't go perfectly for the Tigers in every aspect of luck. The only thing not lucky about it is that Miles called it and the kicker....the frigging kicker was able to catch the ball on one hop around his ankles while on a dead run.
