Clemson to the Elite 8, good game with Arizona. UCONN is easily handling San Diego State, and will join them in the Elite 8

    Oats definitely has Alabama rolling.

I think I need to break my habit of picking Arizona to go deep in the tournament. Totally confused why they hit the wall in March the past few years while looking elite during the regular season.

In my opinion it's primarily guard play, Bobda. Lack of maturity at the point from Kerr Kriisa last season and Kylan Boswell this season. I also think Caleb Love has something wrong with his right shoulder/arm that's affected him the past several weeks.

I am firmly convinced that if Jamal Shead had not been injured that Houston would have beaten Duke last night.
But he was so Duke advances.

dang UCONN is beating the Illini like they were a HS team from Chicago not a #10 ranked Big 10 team.

Before the outcome of the Clemson/Alabama game ESPN says only 6 of the 15 entrants have a chance of winning.
I've gone from less than 1% chance to 17%, BearDown Rick has the highest chance of winning right now at 27% and Chris Ryckman at 25%. I don't know how they come up with these stats though.

Alabama to the Final 4, they rained 3's down on Clemson and Clemson also couldn't make their free throws. It was an exciting game to watch in the 2nd half when the 3's started raining.

Oat's game plan as evidenced in the shot chart. Dunks/layups/foul shots other than that it's bombs away!

Yeah you live by the three and you die by the three. Alabama almost died by the three last night. I think at one point they were 1 for 13 or something.

Quite a battle going on between Tenn and Purdue. Has anybody ever seen Zach Edey smile?

Purdue to the final 4! Vols had no answer for Edey, 40 points. It was tight right down to the end. Really good game.

Not sure they can win it all, I believe that UCONN will be able to handle Edey if they meet.

Purdue wins 71-66 to make the final four. Good game for both squads.

If there ever was an underdog who turned from a frog into a prince it's NC State. Before the ACC Tournament they were not expected to even make the NCAA Tournament. They were a 10 seed in the ACC Tournament. They had to win 5 games in 5 days, nobody has done that, but they did and now they are on to the Final Four from an 11 seed slot. What a run, I haven't researched it but UCONN did something similar back in 2011 and won it all. Not sure that is in the cards for the Wolfpack, but it's been simply amazing that they are in the Final Four and I give them a punchers chance of making the Championship game. Purdue will be a tough game for them, but they could do it.

According to ESPN, only Rick, Chris and Stu now can win the contest. Wasn't Stu in last place at one point?

He’s pretty mild mannered. Smiles during interviews and spends a long time after games signing autographs for kids. Gets pushed around and hacked all game but plays clean and gets few fouls. Yeah I’m biased…
