This A&M/Houston game is a barn burner. Aggies are killing themselves with their terrible FT shooting. Jay Wright said the physical nature of the play is making it hard to officiate, said they could have called double the # of fouls. As it is the thin Houston Cougars are in foul trouble.
If you didn't hang in there and watch the UH/A&M game to the end, you missed probably the most exciting game of the weekend. Coogs blew a 13 point lead and Ag's make a 3 at time expired in the game to send it to OT. Houston had 4 of their 5 starters foul out. They had to rely on a walk-on to make a FT to help seal the game. Both teams had to be exhausted, it was played at a phrentic pace.
Hell of a game. Play was very physical, and yet A&M managed a stunning comeback to force OT. The 3 to tie at the end of regulation was wild.
Notre Dame Fan leads the pack this morning with 430 points. Congratulations Fitz. BuckeyeTerry is second and BogeyMan and Kp are tied for third.
ACC shined in the 1st round, getting 4 teams into the Sweet 16, only UVA did not make it. The Big East has all 3 of it's selections and is undefeated. SEC, B12 and Big 10 each have 2.
Lots of points still out there. As poorly as I did on the lower rounds, I still have 7/8 of my Elite Eight teams left. Looking at potential points for everybody, it seems as if most everybody still has a lot left.

It's Stu's B-Day! Where are you having your Birthday? Are you in Naples? Hope it's a great day where ever you are!
Thanks...no...here in Ohio. Florida place still under repair. Have a Cardiac Ablation coming up Thursday to try and get me out of this damn Atrial Fib. Golden Years my ass.
Dang Stu, you need some good news! One of my regular golf buddies just had that ablation done, good luck and quick recovery. Most of all I hope it takes care of the problem.
Procedure canceled due to anemia. Now gotta have that figured out. Wasted day. Anyhow, saw this today...here is the record of the 16 teams against the other 15 teams; Purdue 7-0 SDSU 1-0 UConn 6-1 UNC 6-3 Arizona 2-1 Iowa State 2-1 Creighton 3-2 Tennessee 4-2 NC State3-4 Clemson 2-3 Duke 2-4 Houston 1-2 Marquette 2-5 Gonzaga 0-3 Illinois 0-4 Alabama 0-6
Pretty impressive for the Boilermakers. But I am surprised that Purdue played that many teams in the Sweet 16.
I see that Michael Ryckman is given a 36% chance of winning the contest, Corey is the next closest at 16 %. Me I have a less than 1% chance of winning.
