As Bill said you don't have to miss this one. The first week of picks isn't till Sept 26th when the SEC starts playing. So you have almost 2 weeks to join and get ready!!
Hey Bill. Been spending a lot of time with work issues. Trying to get retirement down to an acceptable time frame. We are looking at a 5 to 6 year window. We will be moving back to the Southeast when that happens.
Just a reminder for all of you who have already signed up. Two entries are permitted in the contest. My second entry is Just in Case.
Don isn't one of the two entries just picking winners? I used that one first and it wouldn't let me in th e contest so I switched to the other type putting them with confidence points. I am a bit confused but in with the confidence points.
It's actually two types of contests. Just pick winners but then you have the option of applying confidence points which appears the option Don has set up.
Apparently I somehow started out from an old account I didn't even know was still around. I've added my "good" account now, and will delete the old one as soon as I figure out the password.
I think that if you wimp out (Don ) and do two entries they both have to be with confidence points. When I first tried to enter I had it as "straight points" and it wouldn't let me in.
Stu, I really had a difficult time trying to make the second entry. Both of my entries are with confidence points. I much prefer the Yahoo format. I am going to test this going forward. My second entry is purely a test at this point.
Corey, the contest does not start until the week 9/26. So you have plenty of time to join the Skyboxers contest. You will need to sign into your ESPN account or create an account prior to registering.
awesome! what's the link? I looked for it in the thread but didn't see it. Someone actually stole my new glasses so I'm flying blind up close. This browser should already be signed into ESPN, so I just need the link or the group name
