It only takes 60-90 seconds and no pan to clean. That’s why I do it that way. I admire your culinary prowess. Thank goodness she escaped the respiratory issues.

 

No I do them in a nice hot pan, but no splash of pan cake batter.

 

I add heavy whipping cream to my eggs, the fat in the heavy cream coats the protein in the eggs making them fluffier....

 

Milk and butter.

 

A teaspoon of sour cream doesnt hurt either

 

I have to say (Scott) that Ginger says the eggs are incredibly fluffy and appreciates the added sharp cheddar cheese added to them....

Sorry to hear about the COVID cases and death.

We are going to Florida for two weeks a week from tomorrow. Going to visit our two daughters in Kissimmee and Jacksonville and my longest term friend in Jacksonvile before returning home on or about Jan 3.

Throwing it out there but we have an extra bed roughly 200 miles north of Miami and the eggs are fluffy....

 

Just to add additional information to what I’ve reported my friend evidently has been fighting asthma for the last couple years and probably played a part in what happened. I didn’t know this when I first reported

 

I'm more interested in what the pellet smoker can do!

 

lulz.... well rumor has it that alcohol is the key to a good pellet smoker so your going to evidently have to be present to enjoy a great smoked meal. Prime Rib in which Publix our State grocery store offers at a bargain during the holidays may be on tap

Thanks, but we have two landing spots in Florida, first Kissimmee where one of our daughters lives and then Jacksonville where another daughter lives. Going to spend a week with each one ending our trip in Jacksonville where we will leave to return home on Jan 3.
