[quoteAnd yes, it sounds like we will never know./quote]

This is probably the closest to the truth out there on Gibson's suspension.

From a reliable source: My understanding is that they were sexually intimate, and at the time the picture was taken, she was OK with it. It was only after she was rejected as his exclusive girlfriend that she then went to the university and complained. This is why Urban disagrees with it. She used it as retaliation when she didn't get her way.

Well here's a new record...USC linebacker Osa Masina is being investigated by the police in 2 states, Utah and Calif.

USC leaving him home for the Alabama game.

On a related theme, the final results for this off season's Fulmer Cup have been posted:

Irish made a late run to challenge Colorado!

Rumor is that the Irish players now contend that the weed they had, they thought was loose tobacco and they got it at the Butt Hutt! :)

On a serious note, when weed is legal in the Midwest the Butt Hutt will be well positioned to service those tobacco users who like it wacky! :)

Derrieck Boles of Boise State bit off a portion of his teammate's ear during a bar fight. He was originallly charged with Mayhem which is scored as 5 points in the FC. However, he pled not guilty and the prosecutor may up the charge to canibalism, which earns 25 points in the FC point total.

Awarding 25 points for canibalism seems a little light to me

    * I removed all others below 25 points
Nathaniel Robbins, BY HIMSELF, doubled the points awarded to the P12. Alas, it wasn't enough to make up for the sheer volume of point-earners in the SEC by a long shot. Without Colorado, P12 finishes outside the top 10.

Les Miles has threatened any of his players who attempt the Lambeau Leap, which would result in a penalty in college, with having to walk home. Now I don't really believe he'd make them walk home or even walk back to the team hotel.

So I wonder if 1) players will challenge him if LSU gets a big lead and the penalty will be of no consequence and 2) what will Miles actually do to any player who does the Lambeau Leap.

I see that Penn State is still trying to rehabilitate JoePa, they will honor the 50th Anniv of his first game as a Penn State HC at the Temple game.

Doesn't change what happened and how he failed to protect the kids who Sandusky came into contact with or more specifically what he failed to do and what he turned his head the other way to protect his legacy and the football program over protecting the children.

    1. Les isn't someone to mess with.

    2. Joe Knew. I hope the media will stop shaming every student body that takes pot shots at Penn State as an institution. They've earned it.
