College Football Week 13

Solid 1st half for the Tide.

Clemson slowed down a bit, 31 point 1st qtr and only 7 in the 2nd. In fact Pitt out scored them in the 2nd 10 - 7

 

Clemson and Notre Dame on on a track for a rematch.

With Oregon losing if Clemson would win that game Notre Dame still has a very good chance at the 4th spot.

 

Watching the Bama game makes me realize that while the Irish are a very good team we're still a notch below the Tide.

We have a great Rb in Kyren Williams, but he's not Najee Harris. We don't have any wr that can run away from the defense like Dvonta Smith. Ian Book is a good college Qb, a bit unconventional, but can't make the throws that Mac Jones. Our defense is good, but there is just so much more talent on the Tide.

Michigan State and Northwestern in a nail biter. MSU has the lead 23-20 with 3+min to go.

 

Life.is.good!

 

Northwestern no longer undefeated.

 

And Penn. State is no longer unvictorious.

 

A&M up on LSU 13-0 at half, probably uncomfortably close for Scott. Replay took away a TD from LSU or it'd be closer, also a missed FG.

 

I knew the layoff would hurt us but damn Mond was catastrophically bad in the first half.
That idiot move to try to put he ball across the line on 4th and 1 at the 6 almost cost us big.
Defense is playing well tho...

 

Aggie defense definitely came to play tonight.

 

Scott do need any ND gear for when you are rooting for the Irish?

 

Kind of interesting to watch Eddie O take off his mask to scream at his QB.

 

Nah... if we don't figure out basic football real fast it won't matter.
(but if we run the table and ND meets Clem I'll buy my own Irish stuff! )
