EDSBS...gotta love those guys. They've come up with a new stat....Maximum Overreaction Potential. Or MOP scale is 1-10.

They rate the 1st week of games with MOP..

    Irish vs Texas.

    Kes,
I think you mean they "could" have scored 60...if Alabama allowed them to. Of course they could have scored 120....if Alabama allowed them to. Auburn might not have won the year before....except that Alabama allowed them to. It's Auburn, it's how they think. They could be the best program in the state, every year....if Alabama allowed them to be.

UCLA gets penalized for recruiting tactics. Ever since the rather questionable tactics they used to lure Eddie Vanderdoes from ND I'm glad to see them get a slap.

Lockdown Camp (Hell Week) ended for the Buckeyes yesterday. Players have today off and will report Monday to WHAC, Woody Hayes Athletic Center for the final two weeks of fall practice.

Preparations for Virginia Tech will commence in earnest. Most all of the starting positions are set with the exception of QB per Coach Meyer. Currently there does not seem to be any separation between J.T. Barrett and Cardale Jones.

Boy, you're going to have a lot of QB talent sitting on the bench.

    Gipper,

Believe it or not we have six very talented QBs on the roster at the moment!

Ohio State unanimous pick in the AP Poll to start the 2015 season!

Could be the kiss of death, even worse than Sports Illustrated!

    Don,
The pressure is on. So last year, y'all won it all. Now your coaches have to convince your players that means nothing. Saban goes on about this all of the time. This year's team has accomplished nothing and they need to really realize that.

Ohio State has been picked number 1 in seven preseason polls. We have yet to win a national title when picked #1. Maybe this year?

Well it is tough to go wire to wire and win it all, but with the playoff now as we all saw last year there is a chance to make up for a stumble.

I would think the Buckeyes are an overwhelming favorite to go wire to wire.

All due respect but the Buckeyes don't play Bama's schedule.

    Dave,

George has made an accurate statement. We have a favorable schedule for another run for the title. Michigan State will be our bigest challenge.

I have no idea if Buckeye Terry is lurking.

    Don,

Given the meltdown in the stock market, this Wolverine would appreciate BT visiting here to calm my nerves. Having nightmares about spending my golden years looking for food in dumpsters
